My first game of Halo.... Ever

I remember the day. Or, er, the afternoon. It was March 23rd, 2002, and I'd had a fun day at school (I was only 6, so school was fun) and I went over to my friend Daniel's house, and his brother had recently gotten a little game called Halo: Combat Evolved.

We sat down by the Xbox, turned it on, grabbed controllers, and the all too familiar Halo theme music came up. Of course, the choir sounds a bit different now, but that's not the point. As we started the game, a Large, blocky Cruiser came passed, escorted by much smaller fighters...

9 Hours later (I was over for my first sleepover ) we got to the level called "The Maw". The only memory I have of the level is us in a corridor with flood appearing none stop. I think it was because we hadn't walked forward enough for them to stop spawning, I don't know. But we fought there for ages, and my love for the game flourished.

Little did I know, I wouldn't own it until 2007, on the PC.

And that's my story. I had fun writing it.

Layne got an Xbox, and asked us if we wanted to play Halo 2. So he put it in and gave us controllers (I didn't know how they worked). We were on Coagulation, and I didn't know how to walk or look around or get in a vehicle. Layne killed everyone, and I didn't like Halo after that.
Until Halo 3 was announced. Then I got into it.

lol, my friend Luke was (And is still) like that. Although, on Halo 3, on Legendary, he killed a brute chieften with one shot with a magnum. It had full armour and all, and noone else had shot at it yet. It was scary.

I wouldn't like to fight him. I remember I kept killing captain keyes...
Then the invincible marines came out, and me and my brother always fought them off.
I, always kept running guns blazing, meleeing, and getting owned by them. Then my brother ran to a green door, it didn't open, and he got pwned on the spot.

I can imagine that... So well....

Good, good. Now live it......

I don't believe you, but if it's so, then congratulations.

I don't remember getting any medals in Halo ever. But I suppose you mean you killed 3 enemies within 4 seconds of eachother.

no i played halo 2 first.

I was very young in my first game in halo. My brother was having a 4 xbox LAN party with his friends and one friend had to leave. I took the call to fill in upon myself. I felt bad about the blood but I LOVED THE GAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and always will

I was only 6

I remember those good old days of halo... those were the best. I remember going to my friends house everyday (there would be 15 people there) we would do system link and make up our own little games lol. Even for 16 people in the same room it sorta felt like a tournament and xbox live at the same time, but it was all for fun.
